Red Satin Culottes*
I saw these pants on the rack in Forever 21 and I knew instantly I had to grab them. The color is gorgeous and the wide pant legs, which seemed boho inspired to me, totally put me in a trance. The pants also have pockets, I love love love pants with pockets, it just makes things much easier. Since these pants are really loose I decided to pair them with a more form fitting white top to help define my body shape, we don’t want to look shapeless you know. These pants can even be matched with a crop top or a loose blouse if you so desire.
I decided to bump up the whole look with some black peep toe heels from Steve Madden. I usually prefer heels that are closed toed but these were an exception I had to make since I fell in love with the back straps. If you want to rock these pants to a more casual event then you can easily just switch the heels out with some sandals and you’ll be good to go. Makeupwise I did a neutral eyelook using just one light brown shade all over the lid and crease. Since the eyes were neutral I went with a bold matte red lip for some pop.
